John F. Kennedy in Tampa: 50 Years Ago

Picture
On November 18, 1963, John F. Kennedy made a historic visit to Tampa. It was the first time a sitting president had ever come to Tampa.
Just four days later, November 22, 1963, Kennedy was assassinated in

Dallas, TX.
During the 50th anniversary of the his visit and assassination, I spoke with local people who remember the day he came to town.
